Copying Groups
From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the
Home tab
.
In the Setup and Policy section, click
Setup
.
In the System Wide section, click
Group
.
Result:
The Groups window is displayed.
Check the checkbox of the group to copy.
Click
Action > Copy
.
Result:
The Copy Group window is displayed.
Enter the new group and name.
Click the
Save
button.
Result:
The new group is displayed in the list. All of the information from the original group is transferred to the new group.
