Copying Groups

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the System Wide section, click Group.
    Result: The Groups window is displayed.
  4. Check the checkbox of the group to copy.
  5. Click Action > Copy.
    Result: The Copy Group window is displayed.
  6. Enter the new group and name.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new group is displayed in the list. All of the information from the original group is transferred to the new group.
